Squares is a mobile puzzle game that has a unique and mind-bending mechanic at its core, which is elaborated on, and built upon with a mixture of unique mechanics. The core mechanic of the game is that when the player moves they move to a parallel grid, but move to the same square that they would’ve reached on their original grid. The world of the game supports the oddball mechanic by building a very oddball world: a sci-fi world of kings, sentient robots and cloning machines with three main characters getting up to all sorts of mischief. The game is made to be funny, wacky and an interesting space to inhabit whilst solving engaging puzzles.
